  • 9:00-9:20 Drop Off & Free Play
  • 9:20-9:50 Morning Assembly, Announcements, Skits and lots of Laughter.
  • 9:55-10:30 Fun Time #1 ~ Counselors offer different activities and kids get to choose which one’s they’d like to participate in! Choices vary from Art, to Sports, Hikes, Cooking Projects, Fort Making, Legos, and more!
  • 10:30-10:45 Snack Time! Yum Yum Yum!!!
  • 10:45-11:20 Fun Time #2 ~ Counselors offer different activities and kids get to choose which one’s they’d like to participate in
  • 11:25-12:00 Fun Time #3 ~ Counselors offer different activities and kids get to choose which one’s they’d like to participate in!
  • 12:10- 12:45 Lunch Time
  • 1:00-2:00 Swimming Option OR Dry Play Option.
  • 2:15-2:45 Afternoon Book Reading (Every week we will read a chapter book aloud - books like The Land of Stories! - a Funderblast Favorite).
  • 2:45-3:10 PM Snack & Afternoon Assembly
  • 3:15-3:45 Fun Time #4
  • 3:40-4:00 Pick Up
Parents or Guardians will need to check their kids in & out everyday.

What to Bring to Camp?

  • A packed lunch and snack.
  • A bathing suit, towel, and sunscreen
  • Please put sunscreen on your child before they arrive at camp - faces, necks and shoulders/legs too if those areas are exposed. We will reapply throughout the day, but it's helpful if you bring them ready! 
  • Please have your child wear close-toed shoes so they can run and play.
  • An extra change of clothes if your child has a tendency to get dirty or "wet" theirs.
  • A smile, an open mind and an open heart
  • Creativity!

Weekly Themes and Special Activities

All weeks will have activities, games and art projects centered around the theme.

Week 1 Theme: Space Travel

We will travel through the depths of space, leaning about our own planet, our solar system, the galaxy and our entire Universe! We will look at pictures of space from the hubble telescope, and create our own space images!

Week 2 Theme: Super Powers

What is your special ability? And if you could have a super hero ability what would it be? We will learn how to tap into our own magical powers, and how to share them with others!
 
Week 3 Theme: Pirate Week (no camp July 3rd)

Who doesn't love a good Treasure Hunt and a Pirate Costume?! Come and join us for some Pirate Jokes, art and fun! 
Week 4 Theme: Myths and Legends

We will learn about myths and legends from countries all around the world, and create our own! Perhaps the stories we create will be passed on through many generations to come!

Week 5 Theme: World Traveler

Slide Show of pictures from around the world. Bring in photos of yourself in other countries to share with camp!

Week 6 Theme: Nature Exploration

We will learn about the natural wildlife of our surrounding area! Go on nature adventures, and do nature art!
Week 7 Theme: Fiesta Extravaganza!
 
Come and celebrate with Funderblast this week, with piñatas and even your very own UNBirthday party! We will celebrate everyone’s birthday! That’s right it’s YOUR BIRTHDAY PARTY! Presents, Cards and balloons for all who attend!

Week 8 Theme: Under The Sea

Come explore the oceans and learn about the natural wild life of the seas!
Dress up as your favorite under water creature and do water art too!
Week 9 Theme: Animal Kingdom Exploration
 
Learn about the animals of our planet! Dress up like your favorite animal, and bring in a picture of your pets! Have an incredible story about a wild animal? We want to hear it!!!
