Permission to participate *

I grant permission for my child to travel to and participate in the following activities away from camp; field trips and nature adventures. I understand that travel will be undertaken using public pathways, the authorized and insured Funderblast vehicles, public transportation, or a chartered bus. I further understand that these activities may result in additional unavoidable risks. I understand the activities and risks involved, and I agree to my child’s participation and accept these risks on my child’s behalf.
